Projected Employment. The Redeveloper’s application to the Authority indicated that there were existing jobs in the Project Area prior to redevelopment. It was projected that initially there would be additional employees as a result of redevelopment. Within 5 years it was projected there would be additional jobs and in the long term additional jobs. Current Employment: Currently, these businesses employ full time equivalent employees in the Project area. Of the total employees, were transferred from another of the businesses’ locations in the City and are City residents. The total estimated gross annual payroll of these employees is $ residential units as a result of the redevelopment.
