Project Worker definition

Project Worker means an individual involved in carrying out the Project for or on behalf of the Project Holder and, for greater certainty, may include (i) the Project Holder or a Subcontractor if an individual, or (ii) an employee or volunteer of the Project Holder; and
Project Worker means (i) an employee of INIS assigned to a position referenced on Exhibit B and approved by Progenics, and (ii) any other Person that may be assigned by INIS and approved by Progenics to perform INIS’ obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to any Subcontractor engaged by INIS for such purpose.

Examples of Project Worker in a sentence

  • After one (1) calendar year of continuous employment, a Special Project Worker so hired will become a member of the Union and have attributed to them seniority and service accrued during the special project term.
