  • This manual shall detail, among other things, the responsibilities and lines of communication among all Project participants (Owner, OPM, Project Vendors, Subcontractors and other consultants, vendors or suppliers) and establish the procedure for correspondence, document control, Project Vendor submittal logs, change order reporting logs and other tracking logs, as needed.

  • Nothing in the Section shall relieve the OPM of its obligations to monitor the performance of Project Vendors and otherwise perform its own duties under this Agreement.

  • The Monthly Progress Report shall be submitted in a format acceptable to the Owner and shall describe work performed by all project participants (Owner, OPM, Project Vendors, Route Facility Owners and such other persons as the OPM may identify and recommend for inclusion) during the reporting period and work planned for the next reporting period.

  • Prepare responsive positions in coordination with the Owner, and obtain appropriate input from the Engineer and/or Design-Builder and/or other Project Vendor(s).

  • At the commencement of the Work, and from time to time, the Contractor shall co-operate with other contractors, Sub-Contractors, persons engaged on separate contracts in connection with the Project, Vendors and the Project Manager and with the Owner's Representative for the purpose of the co-ordination and execution of various phases of the Project.

  • The OPM shall not be responsible for delays caused by the Engineer, Design-Builder, Subcontractors, other Project Vendors (except for the Consulting Engineer) or the employees, agents or subconsultants of any of them.

  • The OPM shall monitor the performance of the Engineer, the Design-Builder, Field Data Collector(s), Make-ready Contractors and all other Project Vendors in accordance with schedules of performance that are established under their respective contracts with the Owner.

  • With respect to contracts with any anticipated Project Vendors that have not been executed at the commencement of this Phase, the OPM shall assist the Owner in developing the scope, terms and procurement of each such contract, identifying qualified persons or firms from which to solicit statements of interest, qualifications and/or proposals, reviewing any such submissions and making recommendations concerning award of such contracts.

  • The OPM shall monitor and report on each Project Vendor's compliance with MBE/WBE requirements to the extent applicable.

  • The Project Schedule shall identify the activities of and associated deadlines for each existing and prospective Project Vendor and Route Facility Owner, and for the Owner or other Project Vendors with respect to the Grant and any and all municipal and other governmental permits required for installation of any work of the Project.

Related to Project Vendors

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.
