Project Upgrade definition

Project Upgrade means collectively the upliftment work to be undertaken by the Concessionaire at the 96 Project Sites and more specifically detailed in Schedule C

Examples of Project Upgrade in a sentence

  • An employee may be assigned to more than one Special Project simultaneously, but only one Special Project Upgrade will be paid for any hour worked.

  • As of the date of this Lease, Landlord anticipates expenditure of eighty percent (80%) of the Project Upgrade Budget during the two year period following the date of this Lease.

  • The Concessionaire shall not without prior written consent or approval of DTIDCL use the Project Sites for any purpose other than for the purposes of the Project/the Project Facility and Project Upgrade and purposes incidental thereto as permitted under this Agreement or as may otherwise be approved by DTIDCL.
