Project Substantial Completion Date definition

Project Substantial Completion Date means, in respect of any Project, the Project Substantial Completion Date indicated on the Declaration of Project Substantial Completion.

  • After Seller’s compliance with Section 10.2, the Parties shall execute a Change Order to (a) adjust the Critical Path Project Schedule (other than the Guaranteed Project Substantial Completion Date), to account for material delays to the Critical Path Project Schedule resulting from the Excusable Event and/or (b) adjust the Contract Price to account for the material increase in the cost of the performance of the Work resulting from the Excusable Event.

  • Seller agrees that if Project Substantial Completion is not achieved by the Guaranteed Project Substantial Completion Date, then Seller shall pay the Daily Delay Liquidated Damages to Purchaser for each Day that Seller fails to achieve Project Substantial Completion after the Guaranteed Project Substantial Completion Date until Project Substantial Completion is achieved (the “Delay Liquidated Damages”).

  • The proposed recovery schedule will, at a minimum, demonstrate the means by which Seller intends to recapture lost time, meet Critical Milestones and achieve Project Substantial Completion by the Guaranteed Project Substantial Completion Date.

More Definitions of Project Substantial Completion Date

Project Substantial Completion Date means the date on which the Project achieves Project Substantial Completion, per Section 6.3.2.
Project Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion (as defined in the BOT Agreement) is achieved under the BOT Agreement.

Related to Project Substantial Completion Date

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Subproject means a specific project to be carried out by an existing BE utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan or Investment, as hereinafter defined, fulfilling the conditions set forth in Part A of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
