Project Substantial Completion Certificate definition

Project Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate by this name as described in, and in the form set forth in Exhibit Q.
Project Substantial Completion Certificate means a certificate in the form attached to the EPC Agreement issued by the Contractor certifying as to the satisfaction or achievement of each condition to Project Substantial Completion and accepted by Company.

  • If Owner fails to respond within seven (7) Business Days to the Project Substantial Completion Certificate provided by Contractor, Project Substantial Completion shall be deemed to have been achieved; provided, however, such deemed Project Substantial Completion shall not relieve Contractor from any of its obligations hereunder, including Contractor’s obligations to achieve Project Substantial Completion.
