Project Storage definition

Project Storage means the right to carry-over and store up to one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) acre-feet (“AF”) of Project Water.

  • The Water Lease shall recognize the priority right of SMWD to the SMWD Base Allotment pursuant to Section 5.2.   • Service Provider hereby agrees to provide Customer the initial quantity of Project Storage services listed in Exhibit A.
