Project Specification Notice definition

Project Specification Notice means the Thames Tideway Tunnel Project Specification Notice made by the Secretary of State on 4th June 2014 pursuant to regulation 4(1) of the SIP Regulations (as varied from time to time in accordance with regulation 4(7) of the SIP Regulations);
Project Specification Notice means the notice issued by the Secretary of State in accordance with Regulation 4(1) of the SIP Regulations dated 4 June 2014 (as varied from time to time in accordance with Regulation 4(7) of the SIP Regulations) specifying the Project as a specified infrastructure project;
Project Specification Notice means the notice which may be issued by the Secretary of State or Ofwat in accordance with Regulation 4(1) of the SIP Regulations in respect of the TTT Project.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Project Specific IPRs means: (a) IPRs in the Services provided by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and all updates and amendments of these items created during the Contract Period; and/or (b) IPRs arising as a result of the provision of the Services by the Supplier (or by a third party on behalf of the Supplier) under the Contract, [including the rights in or to any database developed and supplied by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the terms of this Contract;

  • Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • District Specifications means the specifications followed by the State Government in the area where the work is to be executed.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;

  • Class specification means a written description of a class setting forth factors and conditions which are essential characteristics of positions in that class.

  • improvement notice means the notice issued by the Authority to the Supplier pursuant to Clause 32.1.3 (Authority Remedies) which will detail how the Supplier shall improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services;

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Addition Notice With respect to the transfer of Subsequent Mortgage Loans to the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 2.08, a notice of the Depositor's designation of the Subsequent Mortgage Loans to be sold to the Trust Fund and the aggregate principal balance of such Subsequent Mortgage Loans as of the Subsequent Cut-off Date. The Addition Notice shall be given not later than three Business Days prior to the related Subsequent Transfer Date and shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit P.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Rejection Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b)(v).
