Project Space definition

Project Space means all of the retail space (including restaurant space) in Parcel B, Parcel D and the BFP Tower C Space that will exist after completion of the Project Work, including the space in Parcel B referred to as the “Marketplace” and the “Dining Terrace” in the Marketplace Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term “Project Space” shall not include any of the street level space in Parcel B currently leased to ML B Tenant and used as a gym or fitness center or for related uses.
Project Space. For each Research Project, Roche will establish a new and independent Project Space. Any given Project Space will contain only the data associated with a single Research Project and access will be limited to the Lead Research and Researcher/s.
Project Space means a workspace (in the collaborative workspace) assigned to a project in which the Customer may invite users.

Examples of Project Space in a sentence

  • Project Space Program: The Project Space Program that defines size and number of the educational spaces and support facilities for the Project.

  • In the event any estimate during the course of the project indicates an Estimated Construction Cost in excess of the latest‐approved Construction Budget or area calculation in excess of the latest approved Project Space Program, Architect‐Engineer shall immediately meet and confer with District.

  • In the event that District accepts alternates impacting in excess of 10% of the Project Space Program and requiring a significant change in efforts by Architect‐Engineer, Additional Services may be negotiated or the Basic Fee may be re‐negotiated.

  • Tenant may use the Project Space for the purposes of installing and maintaining: a demonstration landscape; a children’s play area; a proposed 9’ x 14’ greenhouse structure with a small composting area; any other use which Landlord may approve in writing.

  • The northern boundary of the Project Space skirts 20 feet into the forest edge and wraps back along to the Conservancy’s front door just west of the septic tanks.

  • The Project Space begins just east of the bluestone path and heads south between the front door of the cottage to the stone driveway (45 feet).

  • Just inside the 145 foot long northeast side of the Project Space is a 30 foot wide relatively steep slope.

  • By signing this document, both parties acknowledge that they have read, fully understood, and agreed to comply to the terms and conditions set by the BHMR (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Memorial Residency) Contract for the Use of the Articulate Project Space Venue.

  • The total perimeter of the Project Space is 550 feet and 17,500 square feet in area.

  • In the event that District accepts alternates impacting in excess of 10% of the Project Space Program and requiring a significant change in efforts by Architect-Engineer, Additional Services may be negotiated or the Basic Fee may be re-negotiated.
