If the Final Project Score is lower than what is required to receive Financial Assistance under the Housing Policy, the Agency will notify the Company in writing of its intention to recapture Financial Assistance and the Company will have thirty (30) days to respond to the letter citing the reason or reasons the Company failed to achieve its Project Obligation, including any request to appear before the Agency.
In the event the Final Project Score is higher than the Initial Project Score, the Company will not be entitled to additional financial assistance.
