Project Safety Program definition

Project Safety Program means the Contractor’s site safety program that will govern project safety for its Work. The Project Safety Program must be submitted to CM by each successful Bidder before commencing Work and be no less stringent than Section 00810 - On Site Safety and Loss Control Program.
Project Safety Program shall be developed by Trade Contractor pursuant to this Agreement and Terms of Design and Construction.
