Project Roadmap definition

Project Roadmap means the agreement of the Parties with respect to the Services, the degree and nature of support and consultation of the parties, and the scheduling and functional and performance criteria for the Work Product necessary to achieve the purposes of the Project, which Project Roadmap is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Project Roadmap means the Project Roadmap developed by the Parties and appended to the Agreement as Schedule _ which sets out the estimated timelines and key milestones of Deliverables comprising the Project;

  • The projects undertaken by TMC are planned in a 3-year strategy through the framework of the 1) TMC Big Picture Proposal and 2) Project Roadmap 2019-2021 (location to be added on roadmap completion).
