Project Protocol definition

Project Protocol means protocol(s) adopted by CNYCC and approved by the CNYCC’s Clinical Governance Committee and/or Board of Directors.
Project Protocol means a precise and detailed plan that is mutually agreed and executed by DPT and COMPANY which carefully describes the nature and scope of services to be rendered, Product to be delivered, and fees to be charged, including the relevant Specifications therefor. Project Protocols are generated for activities not included in the manufacturing and material fees.
Project Protocol shall have the meaning given to the term in Clause 2.2.2.

Examples of Project Protocol in a sentence

  • This Agreement and the Grassland Project Protocol shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without reference to any conflict of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

  • It is understood between the parties hereto that if DPT is required by regulatory authority to perform validation studies or additional testing in order to legitimately continue to engage in the manufacture of the Product for COMPANY and DPT and COMPANY cannot reach an agreement on a written Project Protocol, then DPT shall be under no obligation to continue the manufacture of the Product affected by said regulation.

  • The parties agree that for any validation work or additional testing in connection with the Product, DPT and COMPANY shall enter into a specific written Project Protocol establishing methodology and pricing for such services.

  • Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, nothing herein shall limit the Reserve's right to terminate, cancel, rescind or otherwise terminate this Agreement subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Grassland Project Protocol.

  • In the event that any definitions, terms and provisions in this Agreement conflict with the definitions, terms and provisions in the Grassland Project Protocol, the definitions, terms and provisions in this Agreement shall govern.

  • Assignee shall be deemed to have received the Grassland Project Protocol, this Agreement and all exhibits attached hereto, and any amendments thereof, in accordance with the notice provisions in Section 14 of this Agreement.

  • DPT will promptly notify COMPANY of any such unforeseen circumstances before proceeding at which time either COMPANY or DPT may terminate the project or mutually agree to amend or completely revise the Project Protocol.

  • Project Owner shall provide the Assignee with copies of the Grassland Project Protocol, this Agreement and all exhibits attached hereto and any amendments thereto prior to execution of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement.

  • If any action is brought by any party to this Agreement to enforce or interpret its terms or provisions or the terms or provisions of the Grassland Project Protocol, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred in connection with such action regardless of whether the Parties enter arbitration pursuant to Section 14.

  • Any dispute regarding any aspect of this Agreement or the Grassland Project Protocol, any act or omission which allegedly has or will breach any provision of this Agreement or the Grassland Project Protocol, or any material breach of any law related to the Grassland Project activity (each a “Dispute”) shall be submitted to arbitration in Los Angeles, California, before an experienced arbitrator selected in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or its successor.

Project Protocol means the document which describes the Project objectives, design, methodology, statistical considerations and organization of a Project.
Project Protocol has the meaning given in clause 62.
Project Protocol is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: “Project Protocol” means a precise and detailed plan that is mutually agreed and executed by RENAISSANCE and COMPANY, which describes the nature and scope of materials and/or out-of-scope services to be purchased and/or rendered and fees to be charged, which may include Additional Development.
