Project Policy definition

Project Policy means the following policy issued with respect to the project described below:

Examples of Project Policy in a sentence

  • Local governments receiving federal funds must comply with 23 CFR Part 710 and 49 CFR Part 24, and with the procedures provided in Chapter 6 of the State’s Local Government Project Policy Manual.

  • Consistent with the Enforcement Policy and Supplemental Environmental Project Policy, the Prosecution Team proposes a monetary penalty representing the maximum liability for days of discharge, and foregoing a penalty based on volume.

  • Each Project Report shall cover a six (6) month period, and shall, upon clearance by the Project Policy Board, be furnished to the Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report.

  • The manager of the FSU shall call an extraordinary meeting of the Project Policy Board if the PIC is unable to take a decision regarding the Project at two (2) successive meetings.

  • The Project Policy Board shall be responsible for the Project, acting as a forum to guide activities, particularly those of a cross-ministerial nature, resolve disputes and make decisions on any necessary changes to the Project as the need arises.

  • In such circumstances, JWCH shall provide Agency written Notice of the new Project Policy as soon as reasonably possible.

  • It is acknowledged that all actions of the Project Policy Committee must comply with applicable laws and with the scope, conditions and other requirements applicable to the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, as ultimately executed between UTA and the United States Department of Transportation.

  • Should Agency object to the terms of the new Project Policy, it may submit its objection, in writing, to JWCH within ten (10) days of receipt of the Notice.
