Project Plat definition

Project Plat means the surveyed plat depicting the real property 198 affected by the Project detailing the areas of Project Property Conveyances over the properties 199 identified as Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 as originally depicted on plat and survey recorded in Plat Book 200 176, Pages 73, 76 and 79 Durham County Registry, and shown on plat and survey entitled 201 “ ” prepared by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Professional Land Surveyor, 202 with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇/Thames, P.A., dated , 2013 and to be recorded in the Durham 203 County Registry. 204

Examples of Project Plat in a sentence

  • The Project Plat will not be recorded until the City determines that the work has been fully performed and initially accepted pursuant to this Contract and the City Engineer has issued the City’s Initial Acceptance Letter.
