Project Plant means Your plant at which the Agreed Supply is to be used by You. Related Corporation has the meaning given to it by section 50 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Representative means an employee, agent, officer, director, advisor, consultant, contractor or subcontractor of that party. Technical and Commercial Information means designs, plans, specifications, flowsheets, operating instructions, computer software, know-how and other information of a technical or commercial nature (including Intellectual Property) relating to the Agreed Supply.
