Project Performance Test definition

Project Performance Test means, with respect to the Project, the test or tests described in the Scope Book to determine the XXXX Availability, XXXX Power Rating, XXXX XX Efficiency, XXXX Storage Capacity, PV Plant Availability, and PV Plant Capacity, all performed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, including the Scope Book and the remainder of the Performance Standard.
Project Performance Test means, with respect to the Project, the test or tests described in the Scope Book to determine the BESS Availability, BESS Power Rating, BESS RT Efficiency, BESS Storage Capacity, PV Plant Availability, and PV Plant Capacity, all performed in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, including the Scope Book and the remainder of the Performance Standard.
Project Performance Test means, with respect to the Project, a plant performance test performed in accordance with Good Industry Practices, the protocols and procedures attached hereto as Schedule 6.7, and the requirements of this Agreement and based on American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards to determine each of (i) the Project Capacity, (ii) the Project Heat Rate, (iii) the amount of and rates of CO and NOx emission of the generating units at the Project, (iv) the Vibration Level (Full Load), and (v) the Vibration Level (Start-Up and Coast-Down).

Related to Project Performance Test

  • Performance Test means all operational checks and tests required to determine the performance parameters including inter-alia capacity, efficiency and operating characteristics of the Stores as specified in the Contract.

The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).

  • Energy savings performance contract means a public contract between a contracting agency and a qualified energy service company for the identification, evaluation, recommendation, design and construction of energy conservation measures, including a design-build contract, that guarantee energy savings or performance.

  • Operational Acceptance Tests means the tests specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan to be carried out to ascertain whether the System, or a specified Sub system, is able to attain the functional and performance requirements specified in the Technical Requirements and Agreed Project Plan, in accordance with the provisions of GCC Clause 27.2 (Operational Acceptance Test).

  • Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target.
