Project OTAO definition
Project OTAO means the person identified by the Government in the OTA authorized to (1) obligate the Government under the respective Task Order and any Project Award issued thereunder, and (2) modify the subject Task Order and any Project Award issued thereunder. This may or may not be the same person as the OTAO for the OTA.
