Project Monarch means the reorganisation undertaken in the period from January to October 2019, as described in the Legal Due Diligence Report;
Project Monarch means the Company’s initiative to implement a new ERP System, HRIS System, customer relationship management system and pricing tools to automate processes, as further described under the heading “Project Monarch”.
