Project Management Work definition

Project Management Work shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 4.01.

  • Subject to the terms of such agreements, the Manager shall have discretion and control in all matters relating to the Project Management Work, Development Work and Project Related Services and all activities necessary thereto.

  • The Project Management Work, any Development Work and the Project Related Services shall be under the exclusive supervision and control of Manager who, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, shall be responsible for providing the Project Management Work, Development Work and Project Related Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Leases, the Hotel Management Agreement, the Franchise Agreements, the Capital Improvement Budget, the Development Budget and the Development Plan.

  • Manager will hire, train, promote, supervise, direct the work of and discharge its own staff and personnel in order to provide Project Management Work, Development Work and Project Related Services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Lessee shall reimburse Manager for all third party, out of pocket costs and expenses of mechanical, electrical and structural engineering services (“MES Services”) utilized in providing architectural services for Project Management Work (not constituting ground-up construction).

  • Lessee, through its affiliate, , a (“New Lessee”), hereby appoints Manager to provide Project Management Work and Project Related Services for the property located at the location set forth on Exhibit “A” attached to this Addendum (the “New Hotel”), in exchange for payment by New Lessee of the Project Management Fee and Market Service Fees, all in accordance with and subject to the terms and conditions of the Project Management Agreement.

  • In consideration of the Project Management Fee (as defined below), Manager shall be responsible for the Project Management Work to the extent Lessee has the right to direct such matters (e.g., the Hotel Management Company for the Hotel does not have the right under its Hotel Management Agreement to direct such matters or elects not to exercise such right).

  • No termination fee shall be payable by Lessee pursuant to this Section 5 if (a) Manager elects not to provide Project Related Services for a Non-Managed Hotel due to the Independent Directors of AHT voting that such Market Service Fees are not market pursuant to Section 8.02(I) of the Management Agreement, or (b) the manager for the Non-Managed Hotel has the right under its management agreement to direct Project Management Work or Project Related Services and subsequently elects to exercise such right.

  • Notwithstanding the execution and delivery of a Project Management Addendum, the provisions of this Paragraph 4 shall apply only to the extent Lessee or a Lessee Designee, as applicable, has the right to direct such Project Management Work and Projected Related Services for a Non-Managed Hotel (e.g., the manager for the Non-Managed Hotel does not have the right under its management agreement to direct Project Management Work or Project Related Services or such manager elects not to exercise such right).

Related to Project Management Work

  • Project Management The individuals appointed by each Party cf. clause 4.1 in the Agreement.

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • Project Managers means the person at Developer responsible for the project management of Product and identified in Schedule 2;

  • Project Management Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee and the Manager providing for the Manager to manage and co‑ordinate the development and construction of the Resort and includes, if that agreement is terminated, any other agreement in like and similar terms made with the prior consent of the Minister;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Construction management at-risk means a project delivery method in which the District awards separate contracts, one for architectural and engineering services to design an infrastructure facility and the second to a construction manager at-risk for both construction of the infrastructure facility according to the design and construction management services.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.
