Project Management Process definition

Project Management Process means the procedures, standards and guidelines governing Projects as set forth in this Schedule, Project Plans, the Services and Support Responsibilities Schedule and the Procedures Manual.
Project Management Process means the process of managing Projects described in Section 18.9 of Schedule A.

Examples of Project Management Process in a sentence

  • The Quality Plan describes the approaches and methodology for the audits and as such, is a component of the Global Project Management Process (GPMP).

  • All works performed at the KNPS are controlled in accordance with the Employer’s URS, KBG/OUT/124 and procedure Project Management Process for KNPS Modifications KAA-501.

  • Provider shall perform certain Projects for Company or on Company’s behalf as requested by Company in accordance with the Project Management Process.

  • For all Projects proposed or requested by D&B, Ensono shall develop a Project Plan if necessary and comply with the Project Management Process.

  • The terms and conditions of this Projects Schedule and the Project Management Process shall apply to all existing and future Projects.

  • If Ensono proposes or requests a Project, and D&B agrees that the proposed work properly constitutes a Project in accordance with the definition provided above, Ensono shall develop a Project Plan, if necessary, and comply with the Project Management Process.

  • Either Company or Provider may request a change to a Project, which request and change shall be subject to change control procedures described in the Project Management Process.
