Project Load definition

Project Load means the Project’s electrical energy and capacity requirements as provided in Appendix A.

Examples of Project Load in a sentence

  • The Project will be considered as having successfully completed the tests for Substantial Completion if during the Four Hour Generation Test the Project runs at an average power of at least 70% of Guaranteed Capacity corrected to Geothermal Fluid and ambient temperature conditions, and the Component Units Test and the Project Load Reject Test are conducted without any equipment malfunction or failure.

Related to Project Load

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Loan means the loan made by the Governmental Lender to the Borrower pursuant to the Project Loan Agreement in the original principal amount of $[AMOUNT], as evidenced by the Project Note.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;
