Project Letter means the separate document to be issued pursuant to this Agreement for each Project, which shall be executed by representatives of Lucent and BBT, and which shall describe in detail the obligations, responsibilities, and mutual agreement of Lucent and BBT in connection with the Project. Unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties, each Project Letter shall contain, at a minimum, the elements of information set forth in Section 2.02(c) of this Agreement.
