Project IP Plan definition
Project IP Plan means the strategy attached as Schedule “C” to this Agreement. “Project Start Date” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 of this Agreement. “Project End Date” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5 of this Agreement. “Proposal” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Project IP Plan means the IP plan attached as a Schedule to this Agreement. “Participant” means any one or more of the Parties that receive Funding. “Term” means the period between the Effective Date and the Project End Date.
