Each Project Invoice must reference the assigned CIP Number and the Purchase Order Number for the Project and be sent directly to the Owner’s Project Manager as assigned.
Any dispute regarding a Project Invoice shall be resolved by Owner directly with the Contracted Third Party (with such assistance from BKEP as Owner reasonably requests, such assistance shall be deemed to be a “Consulting Service” for the purposes of this Agreement).
