Project Implementation MOA definition
Project Implementation MOA means the Memorandum of Agreement entered into between DOH and a Provincial LGU or a City LGU for the purpose of carrying out Part A of the Project and referred to in paragraph 7 of Schedule 5 to this Agreement.
