Project Implementation Entity definition

Project Implementation Entity means DNIT, STN, MT or ANTT, and “Project Implementation Entities” means all of them together;
Project Implementation Entity or “PIE” means any entity involved in the implementation of the Project and referred to as such in the PIP;
Project Implementation Entity means, for purposes of this Agreement and the General Conditions, DOT, TDSAT and TRAI;

  • The Project Implementation Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of Part C of the Project in accordance with the PIP, provided, however, that in case of any conflict between the PIP and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.

  • Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementation Entity shall not amend, abrogate or waive any provision of the PIP, if such amendment, abrogation or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of its Respective Part of Part C of the Project.

  • The Project is part of the Energy Community of South East Europe Program and consists of the following parts: Part A: Transmission System Strengthening and Expansion Carrying out of sub-project investments by the Project Implementation Entity to expand the capacity and increase the reliability of the power transmission system and to enhance the ability of the transmission system to integrate renewable energy, including investments in substations, cables and related systems.

  • The Recipient shall: (a) cause the Project Implementation Entity to open and maintain the Escrow Account in the Bank of Uganda on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Association; and (b) ensure that the amounts deposited into the Escrow Account shall be used exclusively to make payments to meet the expenditures made, or to be made in respect of compensation to the affected Persons.

  • The Project Implementation Entity shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.

  • The Project Implementation Entity shall ensure that the Project is carried out in accordance with the Environmental and Social Standards, in a manner acceptable to the Bank.

  • The Environmental Focal Point of the Project Implementation Entity shall coordinate and oversee, in collaboration with the Environmental Focal Points of the Ministry of National Education and Culture and the Directorate of the Environment and Tourism, implementation of the Environmental and Social Management Framework, Resettlement Policy Framework, and any Resettlement Action Plan under Part 1 of the Project.


More Definitions of Project Implementation Entity

Project Implementation Entity or “PIE” means the project implementation entity to be established by the Recipient, with functions, staffing and resources satisfactory to the Bank.
Project Implementation Entity means the MSME Financing Facility as defined above.
Project Implementation Entity means in the case of: (i) Uttar Pradesh, EFAPB; and (ii) Uttaranchal, USKLSP, and “Project Implementation Entities” means collectively EFAPB and USKLSP;

Related to Project Implementation Entity

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the implementation unit for the Project referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;

  • Project Implementing Entity s Representative” means the Project Implementing Entity’s representative specified in the Project Agreement for the purpose of Section 10.02 (a).

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.
