Project Group Member definition
Project Group Member has the meaning given to it in the definition of Project Finance Indebtedness provided that the principal assets and business of such member of the Group is constituted by Project Assets and it has no other Financial Indebtedness except Project Finance Indebtedness.
Project Group Member. ’ means each entity forming part of the relevant Project
Project Group Member means a single entity or agency that is unrelated to Customer but that is working together with Customer on a Group Project, to which Customer sublicenses the Products.
