Project Form definition

Project Form means (i) when executed by one Party, that Party's proposal to initiate a Project on a confidential basis and with certain requirements or specifications (a "Proposed Project"), and (ii) when executed by both Parties, the Parties' mutual agreement to share certain results or specifications in a Project Field and to undertake a Project (an "Approved Project"). Approved Projects will commence immediately upon mutual execution of the applicable Project Form (as set out in ATTACHMENT 1), which shall include Project Success Criteria and a project milestone plan, and related Confidential Disclosure Agreement (as set out in ATTACHMENT 2A). All Approved Projects shall take the form of either Research Projects or Development Projects.
Project Form means (i) when executed by one Party, that Party's proposal to initiate an Elected Research Program, and (ii) when executed by both Parties, the Parties mutual agreement to engage in an Elected Research Program. A Project Form shall include identification of the Target Compounds, Elected Research Program Field, the duration of the Elected Research Program, resource and FTE allocation, timelines, milestones, success criteria and market opportunities. The Project Form shall be in the form provided in APPENDIX C.
Project Form. The portion of the Recipient’s Response identifying the Mobile Medical Application they will implement using grant funds and the organization’s goals pertaining to the utilization of the Mobile Application of choice. The Project Form is incorporated into this Grant Agreement pursuant to Appendix 1. Protected Health Information (PHI): is individually identifiable health information maintained or transmitted by a covered entity or its business associate, in any form or media, whether electronic, paper, or oral. Qualifying Provider: Enrolled MassHealth FFS Providers or MCE providers of behavioral health or substance use services to MassHealth Members when provided in non-inpatient settings. Recipient: Any Applicant that submitted an application in response to this Grant Solicitation, is selected for a grant award under this Grant Solicitation, enters into a Grant Agreement with EOHHS, or its designee, and receives funding as a result of this Grant Solicitation.

Related to Project Form

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a document:

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Detailed Project Report or ‘‘DPR’’ means the detailed project report relating to Station Development Project and Redevelopment Project attached hereto;

  • Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer-In- Charge when the work/s has been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.
