Project Final Completion Date definition

Project Final Completion Date has the meaning provided in Section 7.2 of this Agreement.
Project Final Completion Date means, with respect to any Project, the Final Completion Date with respect to such Project.
Project Final Completion Date mean the date both Phase 1 and Phase 2 have achieved their respective Final Completion Dates.

  • With respect to the same work, the CM further agrees to correct or replace as necessary all work found by the Owner to be defective in material and workmanship or not in conformance with the Project Plans and Specifications for a period of one year from the Project Final Completion Date.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by date specified in the acceptance of tender for handing over the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the contract.

  • Subproject means a specific water and/or sanitation Subproject financed or to be financed by a Subproject Grant (as hereinafter defined) provided from the proceeds of the Credit under Part C.1 of the Project;

  • Completion Rate means the percentage of an apprenticeship cohort who receives a certificate of apprenticeship completion within 1 year of the projected completion date. An apprenticeship cohort is the group of individual apprentices registered to a specific program during a 1 year time frame, except that a cohort does not include the apprentices whose apprenticeship agreement has been cancelled during the probationary period or who have transferred.

  • Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Guaranteed Substantial Completion Date or “Guaranteed Substantial Completion Dates” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.3B.

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Subprojects means more than one such Subproject.

  • Project Commencement Date means the commencement date notified to the Minister pursuant to clause 4(1);
