Project Execution definition

Project Execution. The project will be conducted in three phases. This Task Agreement supports Phase I and Phase II (Table 1). Phase III funding will be awarded by NPS in FY2016, subject to availability of NRCA program funds.

  • With respect to plans that Contractor is required to develop under Attachment A (e.g. Project Execution Plan, Project Engineering Plan, etc.), Contractor may update or deviate from such plans without Owner’s approval (except for those plans under Attachment A that are subject to the Owner’s approval (as specified under Attachment A or Attachment B), then, with respect to those plans, revisions are subject to Owner’s approval rights as may be prescribed in Attachment A or Attachment B).

  • Sections 2.01 (Project Execution Generally) and 2.07 (Financial Management; Financial Statements; Audits) are deleted in their entirety, and the remaining Sections in Article II are renumbered accordingly.

  • To submit to the Lead Long Term Transmission Customer and CEA the Project Execution Plan, within one hundred and twenty (120) days from the Effective Date.

  • The PQAPIP will be included in the Project Execution Plan and shall be delivered to Owner for its review and approval.

Related to Project Execution

  • Project Execution Plan means the plan referred to in Article 3.1.3(c) hereof;

  • Project Executing Agency wherever it appears in the Loan Regulations shall be substituted by the term “Program Executing Agency”.

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Project Leader shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(e)(v).

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
