Project Engineers definition

Project Engineers means the mechanical, structural and electrical engineers’ engaged in connection with the Project.
Project Engineers means the independent engineers or firms of independent engineers appointed by the Authority pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 8-22-3-11(17) to perform engineering functions with regard to any project authorized by ordinance of the Authority.
Project Engineers means ABS Consultants, the mechanical engineer, Martxx. Xxrtxx, xxe structural engineer, and Michxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx & Associates, the electrical engineer who shall prepare the Engineering Working Drawings providing for the construction of the Leasehold Improvements in accordance with the Space Plan, which firms have been selected and retained by Tenant's Architect, and approved by Landlord.

  • Project Engineer means the surveyor or engineer employed by or private

  • Architect/Engineer or “A/E” means the Person identified in the Agreement responsible for providing professional design services and construction contract administration for the Project. The A/E shall be (1) a registered architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, (2) a landscape architect holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Landscape Architects Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4703, or (3) a professional engineer or professional surveyor holding a license and certificate of authorization issued by the Ohio Engineers and Surveyors Board pursuant to ORC Chapter 4733. As used in the Agreement, the term A/E may include a criteria architect or engineer for a Design-Build project.

  • Project Architect means the architect retained by Lessee to design and supervise construction of the Improvements.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ.   • Geotechnical engineer means a professional engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of the Northwest Territories and whose principal field of specialization is the design and construction of earthworks in a permafrost environment;

  • Systems Engineering means preparing specifications, identifying and resolving interface problems, developing test requirements, evaluating test data, and supervising design.

  • Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.

  • City Engineer means the person appointed to the office of City Engineer, by Council, acting, either directly or through authorized staff acting severally within the scope of the particular duties entrusted to them.

  • Independent Engineer means XxXxxxxx and XxxXxxxxxxx or any other third party engineering firm acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

  • Architects means any Architect whom the Vendors and the Builder have appointed as the Architects for the Project / Buildings time to time.

  • Banks Engineer means any Engineer who is employed by SBI or any other Engineer appointed from time to time by the Employer, and certified in writing to the Architect and the contractor, to act as Engineer for the purpose of the Contract in place of the said engineer.

  • Architect means the person or other entity engaged by the PHA to perform architectural, engineering, design, and other services related to the work as provided for in the contract. When a PHA uses an engineer to act in this capacity, the terms “architect” and “engineer” shall be synonymous. The Architect shall serve as a technical representative of the Contracting Officer. The Architect’s authority is as set forth elsewhere in this contract.

  • Independent Engineering Report means a report, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, prepared by an Independent Engineer, addressed to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries (or to be acquired by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, as applicable) which are or are to be included in the Borrowing Base, which report shall (a) specify the location, quantity, and type of the estimated Proven Reserves attributable to such Oil and Gas Properties, (b) contain a projection of the rate of production of such Oil and Gas Properties, (c) contain an estimate of the net operating revenues to be derived from the production and sale of Hydrocarbons from such Proven Reserves based on product price and cost escalation assumptions specified by the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, and (d) contain such other information as is customarily obtained from and provided in such reports or is otherwise reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent or any Lender.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • COMPANY ENGINEER means the following:

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Site Assessment means an environmental assessment report for the Mortgaged Property prepared at Borrower’s expense by a qualified environmental consultant engaged by Borrower, or by Lender on behalf of Borrower, and approved by Lender, and in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Lender, based upon an investigation relating to and making appropriate inquiries to evaluate the risks associated with Mold and any existence of Hazardous Materials on or about the Mortgaged Property, and the past or present discharge, disposal, release or escape of any such substances, all consistent with the most current version of the ASTM 1527 standard (or any successor standard published by ASTM) and good customary and commercial practice.
