Project Energy definition

Project Energy means the Electric Energy generated by the Project that is delivered to Seller under the PPA.
Project Energy means (i) the total Energy generated by all of the Facilities that have achieved Delivery Commencement or Commercial Operation, as applicable, as of such time, less Parasitic Load associated with such Facilities, and (ii) the total Energy generated by such Facilities that constitutes Facility Energy as provided in Section 8.6(b).
Project Energy means the portion of the Energy to be provided by a Project Company as a result of an assignment pursuant to Section 9.02(a).

  • To the extent that there is a balance of Project Energy owed to either the Customer or the Authority on the effective date of service under this Agreement, arising out of service under a prior agreement for the sale of Project Non-Firm Hydroelectric Energy, that balance shall be carried over and maintained as the balance as of the effective date of service under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Project Energy

Project Energy means the total Energy generated by all of the Facilities that have achieved Commercial Operation as of such time, less Parasitic Load associated with such Facilities, which Parasitic Load may be served by solar generating capacity as provided in Section 8.7.
Project Energy means, with respect to a Project, the PV Energy and Discharging Energy, as applicable, during the monthly billing period contemplated under this Agreement, net of Electrical Losses and Station Use, as measured by the Meter, which Meter will be adjusted in accordance with CAISO meter requirements and Prudent Operating Practices to account for Electrical Losses and Station Use.
Project Energy has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
Project Energy means all electric energy generated by the Project minus all Internal Energy supplied by the Project's own generation, expressed in ----- kilowatthours; provided, however, that Project Energy shall not include any -------- ------- energy generated solely from increased capacity above the maximum design capacity of 36.5 to 43 megawatts anticipated in the Plans and Specifications created as a result of additions or improvements to the Project except to the extent such increased capacity supplies Internal Energy that was supplied prior to such addition or improvement.
