In no event, however, will the Council hereafter enter into any contract with respect to the Project Development Work or any part thereof unless there is endorsed thereon a legend indicating that the Company has approved both the form and substance of such contract and such legend is signed on behalf of the Company by an Authorized Company Representative.
DDA may, without cause, order the Developer in writing to suspend the Development Services, and cause a suspension of the Project Development Work, in whole or in part for such period of time as the DDA may determine.

If the DDA suspends the Development Services and/or orders the Developer to cause a suspension of the Project Development Work, without cause, for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, the Developer shall be compensated for services performed prior to notice of such suspension.

The Borrower has procured or has caused to be procured all permits and licenses necessary for the Project Development Work as to which compliance is required as of the date hereof.
