Project County means any of the Project Counties.

• If funding for any fiscal year is reduced or deleted by the County budget for purposes of this Project, County shall have the option to either cancel this Agreement with no liability occurring to County, or offer an Agreement amendment to Consultant to reflect the reduced amount.
