Project Core Team definition

Project Core Team means the project core team established in the manner contemplated by Section 3.2.
Project Core Team means the team established pursuant to the provisions of Section I.A.3 of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.
Project Core Team means the Project Director. the Project Management Office and the Sub.-Project Leaders. G. Section 1.89 is added as follows:

Examples of Project Core Team in a sentence

  • The Project Core Team will finalize each subsequent modification of the development plan at least four months prior to the end of the then-current calendar year.

  • The Project Core Team will be composed of three representatives appointed by each of XOMA US and Baxter.

  • The Project Core Team will meet at least once each calendar quarter, or more frequently, as agreed by the Project Core Team.

  • The Project Core Team will also monitor and review the commercialization of Products, including annual forecasts of production requirements and Phase IV clinical support.

  • The Project Core Team will operate by consensus; provided that if the Project Core Team is unable to resolve a dispute regarding any issue presented to it, such dispute shall be resolved by the Relationship Oversight Committee.

  • Details of compliance with these considerations shall be under the purview of the Project Core Team which shall develop a standard operating procedure for handling and reporting of adverse drug events.

  • Any member of the Project Core Team may designate a substitute to attend and perform the functions of that member at any meeting of the Project Core Team.

  • Any unresolved disputes shall be resolved by the Project Core Team and if not so resolved shall be referred to the Relationship Oversight Committee.

  • If the other Party fails to comment on the planned publication in writing (e-mail to the publishing Party’s Project Core Team representative is sufficient) within a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the notification, it shall be deemed as a consent.

  • The Pilot Project Core Team (Table 2) under the Management Department of NAPR supervises all field personnel and activities in the pilot project areas, including the project monitoring and evaluation.
