Project Consulting Services definition

Project Consulting Services means the services required for the for preliminary and final engineering and other services to be performed by the Project Consultant(s) pursuant to the Project Consulting Contracts in order to complete the objectives of the Project.

Project Consulting Services means Services for a specifically identified project, requested by an authorized representative of Client that designDATA agrees to perform. Project Consulting Services shall be documented in writing in the SOW and approved, in advance, by an authorized representative of each Party. Project Consulting Services will be billed at Contract Rates or Fixed Fee as set forth in the SOW.

  • Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, this Agreement contains the entire agreement of the Parties regarding the sharing of costs for the Project Consulting Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or representations, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.

  • Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Consulting physician means a physician who is qualified by specialty or experience to make a professional diagnosis and prognosis regarding the patient's disease.
