Project Concept definition

Project Concept means the project description, the renderings depicting the Project, the project site plan, and any and all revisions, amendments, changes, supplements, addenda or modifications thereto approved by Agency on June 23, 2021. “Project Financing” means the funds available to the Developer to pay the

  • The Agency has reviewed the Project Concept and by approving and executing this Agreement does approve the Project Concept.

  • No Agency review of the Construction Drawings is required unless material changes are proposed to the Project Concept.

  • The Parties intend to cooperate to develop the Project as generally described in the Project Concept, in order to remedy the blighted conditions set forth in the Urban Renewal Plan and to secure the economic development benefits resulting therefrom.

  • Based on the Project Concept Documents, the Contractor shall prepare, for review and approval by the Owner, complete "Schematic Design Documents" consisting of drawings and other documents illustrating the scale and relationship of the various components of the Project, and outlining the general nature of the structural elements of the Project.

  • If the City Manager disapproves the Preliminary Plans and Specifications, then Fortress Secured shall within thirty (30) days after such disapproval, submit a revised modification to the Preliminary Plans and Specifications that substantially conform to the Project Concept Plan to the City Manager pursuant to the foregoing process until such Preliminary Plans and Specifications for such Phase have been approved by the City Manager.
