Project Concept means the final Program for the design and construction of the Project as agreed to by Architect and Owner pursuant to the meetings required by Section 2.3.1 above. Once established, the Project Concept shall be as set forth in the construction set of Drawings and Specifications. Thereafter, the Architect shall design the Project in accordance with the Project Concept except as it may be modified by Owner.
