Project Co Lead definition
Project Co Lead means the individual responsible for leading Project Co to enter into the Project Agreement with the Authority and through the term of the Project Agreement, as identified in the Proponent’s RFQ Response and as may have been changed pursuant to the RFQ or as may be changed pursuant to this RFP.
Project Co Lead means up to two individuals proposed by the Respondent to be responsible for leading Project Co to enter into the Project Agreement with the Authority and through the term of the Project Agreement, as described in the Respondent’s Response and as may be changed pursuant to this RFQ.
Project Co Lead means the entity that enters into the Project Agreement with the Authority and leads the Project team through the term of the Project Agreement.
