PROJECT CLASSIFICATION. As defined in the current edition of Chapter 4 - Supplement of the “Manual of Procedures of the Alabama Building Commission” this Project is classified as follows: The Project is classified in Building Group The Project is divided into Building Groups as stated in the Special Provisions of this Agreement The Project does not fall within a Building Group; see the Special Provisions of this Agreement The Basic Fee has been determined in accordance with the current edition of Chapter 4 - Supplement of the “Manual of Procedures of the Alabama Building Commission” The Project is also classified as Major Renovation and the Basic Fee includes a % increase of the “Schedule of Basic Fee Rates” for Major Renovation per Chapter 4 - Supplement, Section D. The Basic Fee has been negotiated on the basis stated in the Special Provisions of this Agreement.
PROJECT CLASSIFICATION means the classification a Project as a Construction Project, Lease-Up Project, or Stabilized Project in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Job Classification means an arrangement of tasks in an establishment or industry into a limited series of jobs or occupations, rated in terms of skill, responsibility, experience, training, and similar considerations, usually for wage setting purposes. This term, or job class, refers to a single cluster of jobs of approximately equal “worth.”

  • film classification body means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

  • Classifications means the classifications contained in Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

  • Classification system means system relating either to an office, post or position or to an employee that provides a basis for the remuneration of employees by identifying the level which correctly reflects the functions and responsibilities of the office, post or position or of the employee;

  • Classification means the identification of a position by reference to a class title and pay range number.
