Project Change definition
Project Change means a revision, amendment, modification to the Plans and Specifications, the Project Schedule or any of the Project Agreements (including a Change Order).
Project Change. Project Milestones may only be changed through amendment of this Agreement, after obtaining an approved Project Change Request.
This process will yield a Project Change Request (PCR) document for the customer’s review and consideration.
Customer may request additional services not described in the Pre-Deployment survey by submitting a Project Change Request (PCR) Form or requesting a standalone Statement of Work (SOW).
Before the Service Start Date, if either party requests any change to the CMS SOW, that party shall submit to the other party a Project Change Request (“PCR”).
The Secretary of State shall either agree to the change request or reject the change request within 60 days of the date of the Project Change Request Form.
More Definitions of Project Change
Project Change is a modification of or to a Scope of Work due to a Party’s request to change the scope of the applicable Project, including the Specifications, Deliverables, timeline schedule, terms of payment, and/or the Development Error Correction process defined in that Scope of Work. YETI and Supplier may from time to time agree to expand or limit a Project by modifying the applicable Scope of Work through a Project Change. Any Project Change must be made in writing and approved by YETI for any Project Change that results in exceeding the Not-to-Exceed Amount set forth in the terms of payment of the applicable Scope of Work, if applicable, or extends the particular scheduled completion date by more than 5 calendar days, or which is inconsistent with the Specifications or Deliverables of the Project. All Project Changes approved by YETI shall be aggregated for the purpose of determining the amount by which they increase the Not-to-Exceed Amount (if any) set forth in the terms of payment for the applicable Scope of Work.
Project Change means any material alteration, addition, deletion, or expansion of the Project, including material changes to construction or rehabilitation, the terms or conditions of the loan under the LBC (“Loan”), the required number of New Jobs, the matching investment in the Project, any cessation of business by the Owner or the Business and any filing of bankruptcy by the Governmental Unit or the Owner.
Project Change means a change to any of the terms of any Project Work Order, or any other document incorporated into any Project Work Order, but does not include any change to any of the Policies;
Project Change has the meaning given to such term in 9.08(a) (Approved Project Changes; Integrated Project Schedule; Budgets).
Project Change is any material alteration, addition, deletion or expansion of the Project, including (without limitation) material changes to construction or rehabilitation, the terms or conditions of the loan under the LBC (“Loan”), the required number of New Jobs, the matching investment in the Project, any cessation of business by the Owner or any Business and any filing of bankruptcy by the Governmental Unit, the Owner or any Business. There shall be no Project Changes unless expressly approved of by Commerce in a separate, prior written agreement stating, if applicable, the costs and schedule for completing the Project Change. Notwithstanding the foregoing and wherever referred to in this Grant Agreement, “cessation of business,” “ceasing to do business” and “ceases to do business” shall not include (1) ceasing operations to maintain, service or upgrade real or personal property of the Owner, (2) seasonal shutdowns of operations as long as such cessation do not exceed a total of four (4) weeks in any calendar year (excluding time attributable to an event of force majeure as described below) and (3) under the circumstances of for the period of time described in Paragraph 17 below.
Project Change means a change to a Project’s costs, scope, outcomes or outputs from the information specified in Schedule 1.
