Project Cell definition

Project Cell means the Project Cell established by the Borrower within UDHD, inter alia, for the planning, implementation, coordination, management, supervision and monitoring and evaluation of Project activities;
Project Cell means the Project Cell established in DOR and responsible for, inter alia, the planning, implementation, coordination, management, supervision and monitoring and evaluation of activities to be carried out under the Project;
Project Cell means the unit established within KFD for assisting in the implementation of the Project;

Examples of Project Cell in a sentence

  • The Project Cell shall be responsible for liaising with the Area Welfare Officer (AWO) Tanahun/Project Supervisor (PS) in order to ensure that project site is ready before the project start date.

  • Bangladesh Bank shall maintain a Central Bank Strengthening Project Cell (CBSPC) to be responsible for overall implementation, coordination and supervision of various activities under the Project.

  • The Client (Project Cell) is responsible to provide full information of AWC state including available working drawings in request of the Consultant.

  • The Representatives shall have the right to postpone the Closing Date or the Option Closing Date, as the case may be, for a period not exceeding one (1) business day in order to effect any required changes in any documents or arrangements.

  • The Borrower shall ensure that, to the extent possible, the key staff in the Project Cell listed in the preceding paragraph will not be transferred to other positions during the period of Project implementation (and in the case of the Finance Officer, for the additional six months following the Closing Date).
