In the event that the Parties revise a Project Card in a manner that results in such Project Card contradicting the relevant Schedule hereto, the Parties will act in good faith consistent with the terms of this Agreement to consider whether an amendment to this Agreement is necessary or desirable.
If your Lowe’s Project Card Account includes balances from more than one Project Window, certain provisions of the Agreement, including the calculation of Finance Charges and the determination of payment amounts, will be applied separately to the balances in each Project Window.
After the end of the six-month period, you can establish a new Project Window by making a new purchase of $1,000 or more with your Lowe’s Project Card.
