Project Cancellation Fee definition
Project Cancellation Fee means a fee in the amount of $2,500,000 that FDOT may pay the Best Value Proposer in accordance with ITP Section 6.3 and Section 3.C of the Contractual Services Agreement.
Project Cancellation Fee means a fee in the amount of two million, five hundred thousand United States Dollars ($2,500,000) that FDOT may pay the selected Proposer in accordance with ITP Section 6.2.
