Project Building definition

Project Building means those certain buildings and structures now located on the Project Site or hereafter acquired or constructed on the Project Site.
Project Building means the foundry building and related improvements situated on the Project Site, as such building and related improvements may at any time exist.
Project Building means those certain buildings or improvements to buildings and all other facilities and improvements forming a part of the Project to be constructed on the Project Site and not constituting part of the Project Equipment, as they may at any time exist, and which is described generally in EXHIBIT B of the Agreement.

  • Landlord may from time to time install and change locks on entrances to the Project, Building, Common Areas or Premises, and will provide Tenant a number of keys to meet Tenant’s reasonable requirements.


More Definitions of Project Building

Project Building means (i) the property which is described generally in Exhibit B hereto, and (ii) any items of machinery, equipment, or other tangible property acquired in substitution for, or as a renewal or replacement of or a modification or improvement to, the property described in (i) above.
Project Building or “Project Buildings” means all buildings now or hereafter located on the Land, as the same may be improved or expanded from time to time, and including all building service equipment and other fixtures incorporated therein or attached thereto.
Project Building means those certain buildings and structures constructed on the Project Site, described generally in Exhibit "B" hereto.
Project Building means collectively (i) the improvements, machinery, equipment and other tangible property on the Project Site which are described generally in EXHIBIT A to the Loan Agreement and the improvements, machinery, equipment and other tangible property that will be acquired, constructed, installed and equipped on the Project Site with proceeds of the Series 2018 Bonds, and (ii) any item of machinery, equipment or other tangible property acquired in substitution for, or as a renewal or replacement of, or a modification or improvement to, any property described in (i) above, pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.4 of the Loan Agreement.
Project Building means that certain building known as 1290 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York, and any substitutions, additions, repairs or improvements thereto.

Related to Project Building

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.
