  • The Participant’s ability to use the Project BBQ software will be limited to the Participant’s participation in the Program pursuant to this Agreement.

  • The Participant will use the Project BBQ software as part of the Program pursuant to the limited license provided by the Program to use the Project BBQ software for the duration of this Agreement.

  • Project BBQ is licensed to the IBNC and billed through its fiscal agent.

Related to Project BBQ

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
