Project-Based Services definition

Project-Based Services means any defined project requiring development, enhancement or consulting work for the Client. Project-Based Services are temporary in nature and have a definitive start and end date. Project-Based Services are governed by a separate written proposal, plan or quotation outlining the scope of works, any assumptions, schedules and payment terms. Project-Based Services result in the creation or enhancement of a Solution for the Client.

Examples of Project-Based Services in a sentence

  • The Client agrees to pay for any and all Services performed by SmarterSoft up until that point and all outstanding monies, including any monies accrued toward Project-Based Services, shall become due as per Section 5.
