Project Attributes definition

Project Attributes means all Emission Reduction Credits, NOx Set-Asides, Efficiency Credits and any other credit, right, benefit, attribute, offset, reduction, allowance or indicia arising out of or relating to a Project.

Project Attributes means the renewable energy certificates or credits, green tags, emission credits, carbon offsets and any other environmental attribute currently available or available at any time in the future related to each Company or Project.

Examples of Project Attributes in a sentence

  • If the Force Majeure event reduces but does not prevent Seller from generating and delivering to the Delivery Point available Energy Output and Other Project Attributes, then Seller shall suspend deliveries of Energy Output and Other Project Attributes on a pro rata basis relative to the extent by which the Force Majeure event reduces the Energy Output and Other Project Attributes that the Project would otherwise produce but for the Force Majeure event.

  • If deliveries of Energy Output or Other Project Attributes are prevented in whole or in part by a Force Majeure event, the deliveries in question shall not be made up and the Term shall not be extended to permit any makeup or offset of the lost deliveries.

  • You agree to assign and transfer to Provider (or its designee) any and all Project Attributes in which You acquire an ownership interest.

  • You agree to refrain from entering into any agreement that would entitle You or a third party to claim the Project Attributes.

  • You agree to reasonably cooperate with Provider (or its designee) so that it may claim the Project Attributes.

  • All of Seller’s right, title and interest, without reservations or restrictions, in and to all of the assets and rights comprising each of the Projects, whether existing now or in the future, including, without limitation, pursuant to or as reflected in any and all Development Documents, Books and Records, Land Contracts, Permits, the Permit Applications, Reports, Interconnection Rights, Power Purchase Agreements, Project Attributes, Solar Data, or otherwise with respect to any Project.

  • Schedule 5.23 sets forth a true and complete list of the Solar Data and Project Attributes as of the Effective Time.

  • Seller shall pay or cause to be paid all Taxes and Governmental Charges on or with respect to the Project or on or with respect to the sale and making available to Buyer of Metered Output and Other Project Attributes that are imposed on the making available of Metered Output and Other Project Attributes arising prior to the Metered Output Delivery Point or prior to the transfer of the Other Project Attributes pursuant to Sections 4.2(b) and (c).

  • Section 5.3 Upon LUB’s request, Seller shall provide, at no cost to LUB, routine and non-routine attestations and other verifications of the delivery of any or all of the Energy Output and Other Project Attributes from the Project to demonstrate performance under this Agreement.

  • Buyer shall pay or cause to be paid all Taxes and Governmental Charges (other than any Taxes or Governmental Charges for which Seller is liable under this Section 14.1) on or with respect to the taking and purchase by Buyer of Metered Output and Other Project Attributes to Buyer that are imposed at and from the taking of Metered Output and Other Project Attributes by Buyer at the Metered Output Delivery Point or at and after the transfer of the Other Project Attributes pursuant to Sections 4.2(b) and (c).
