Membership of the Project Association shall consist of all Owners of Residential Units within the specific Project.
The Master Association shall not be responsible for the management, maintenance, repair or replacement of any improvement located within the actual boundaries of a specific Project, however, a given Project Association and the Master Association may enter into agreements whereby the Master Association agrees to carry out certain maintenance or repair functions and assess a fee against the Project Association for such service rendered.
The size and nature of the bulbs to be used in the fixtures shall also be determined by the Project Association, in its discretion.
If Association desires for District to include construction of the Connecting Driveway and Walkways as part of the District’s High School Project, Association must provide written notice to District no later than April 1, 2024 of such election.

The condominium and the Club Project are each governed by the Aspen Residence Club and Hotel Condominium Association, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the “Project Association” and the Project Association when functioning uniquely to the Club Project is sometimes referred to as the “Club Committee”).
No unit owner shall conduct or permit any activity or keep or permit to be in its unit or on the Project Shared Elements anything that will increase the rate of insurance of the Development without the written approval of the Project Association, and, if approved, the owner shall pay to the Project Association the increased insurance premiums resulting from any such activity.
