More Definitions of Project Application Information

Project Application Information means the eligibility application and questionnaire submitted to the Issuer by or on behalf of the Institution, for approval by the Issuer of the Project and the providing of financial assistance by the Issuer therefor, together with all other letters, documentation, reports and financial information submitted in connection therewith. Project Fee shall mean $1,911,853.19, representing the $2,111,495.01 Agency project fee, less the (i) application fee of $5,000, and (ii) the initial project fee payment of $194,641.82.
