Examples of Project Application Information in a sentence

More Definitions of Project Application Information

Project Application Information means the eligibility application and questionnaire submitted to the Agency by or on behalf of the Lessee and/or the Studio Manager, for approval by the Agency of the Project and the providing of Financial Assistance by the Agency therefor, together with all other letters, documentation, reports and financial information submitted in connection therewith. Project Completion Certificate shall mean that certain certification in the form set forth in Exhibit G – “Form of Project Completion Certificate”, together with all attachments required thereunder. Project Completion Date shall mean the date which an Authorized Representative of the Lessee certifies to the Agency by signing and delivering to the Agency a certification substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit G – “Form of Project Completion Certificate”, together with all attachments required thereunder, that the Project Work has been finished and the Project Improvements shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, and the Lessee shall have provided the Agency with a copy of a temporary certificate of occupancy issued by the New York City Department of Buildings, subject to the review, verification and acceptance of such certification and related documentation by the Agency, in its sole discretion. Project Cost Budget shall mean that certain budget as set forth by the Lessee in Exhibit E — “Project Cost Budget”. Project Counsel shall mean attorneys or a firm of attorneys selected by the Agency to render legal advice to the Agency in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Project Documents shall mean the Company Lease, this Agreement, the Uniform Project Agreement, the Guaranty Agreement, any Sales Tax Agent Authorization Letter, each Mortgage and each Mortgage Note. Project Fee shall mean $1,911,853.19, representing the $2,111,495.01 Agency project fee, less the (i) application fee of $5,000, and (ii) the initial project fee payment of $194,641.82. Project Finance Plan shall mean the plan for financing of the costs of the Project set forth in Exhibit J – “Project Finance Plan”.

Related to Project Application Information

  • Installation Information for a User Product means any methods, procedures, authorization keys, or other information required to install and execute modified versions of a covered work in that User Product from a modified version of its Corresponding Source. The information must suffice to ensure that the continued functioning of the modified object code is in no case prevented or interfered with solely because modification has been made.

  • Location information means information concerning the location of an electronic device that, in whole or in part, is generated or derived from or obtained by the operation of an electronic device on a cellular telephone network or a location information service rather than obtained from a service provider.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Transaction Information means any information provided to any Rating Agency, in each case, to the extent related to such Rating Agency providing or proposing to provide a rating of any Commercial Paper Notes or monitoring such rating including, without limitation, information in connection with the Seller, any Originator, the Servicer or the Pool Assets.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Supplier's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, Know-How, personnel and suppliers of the Supplier, including IPRs, together with information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential;

  • Authority's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Authority, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Access Information means information that alone or together with other information, can provide access to any portion of Your Account, including but not limited to, Your Account number, login names, passwords, credit card or other financial information, security questions and their respective answers, and any other similar information. For the avoidance of doubt, Your Access Information will include any similar information for each of Your Users.

  • Fund Confidential Information means Confidential Information for which the Fund is the Disclosing Party.

  • Identification Information means, for an individual - the passport/ID information specified while the Client Registration.

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Keeping information confidential means using discretion in disclosing information as well as guarding against unlawful or inappropriate access by others. This includes:

  • Seller Confidential Information has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.3.

  • Data Room Information means the information and documents listed in the index of documents contained in the Data Site attached to the Company Disclosure Letter;

  • Customer's Confidential Information means all Personal Data and any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, personnel, and suppliers of the Customer, including all IPRs, together with all information derived from any of the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked "confidential") or which ought reasonably be considered to be confidential;

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Noncommercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Contractor's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, Contractor’s Personnel and suppliers of the Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Property Information has the meaning specified in Section 4.03.

  • Derived Information means such written information regarding the Notes as is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor, which information is not any of (A) Issuer Information, (B) Prepricing Information or (C) contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of them, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from any information regarding the Notes that is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor); and
